Order Processing Time

All orders will be shipped out within 7 business days from the order date and you will receive a notification email/text once your order has been shipped. I will also post on my Instagram when orders are shipped so look out for that as well. 

Shipping Options

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight and volume. You can see the shipping options available for your order at checkout.

Tracking

Please note that if you choose a shipping option with no tracking or if tracking isn't offered in your country, I cannot take responsibility for loss or damage by postal services. I recommend choosing tracked shipping options if you are concerned about packages being lost.

Customs and Duties

For customers outside of the UK, you may be charged customs and duties for your parcel. I am not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Note: due to the nature of my products, it is rare for customers to be charged customs and duty fees.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to me due to address errors, I will ship the order once again once additional shipping fees are paid. If the mistakes in the address was made by me, then there will be no additional shipping fees.
