Since this is a small shop, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please be 100% sure before ordering. 

Order Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item. Please have photo proof, a video of the unboxing will be the best type of proof but a photo of a defective item can also be used. I will do my best to resolve any issues. I am not responsible for packages damaged by postal services.
