How long will shipping take?

I aim to process orders within 4-5 working days and you will then receive an email informing you of your shipped order. Please note: Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in the shipment.

Do you offer International shipping?

Absolutely! We have international shipping for smaller products, such as art prints and stickers. At the moment, our shipping is limited to the UK for larger items like tote bags and t-shirts. But don't worry, I’m actively exploring opportunities to broaden shipping destinations in the coming days. Keep a lookout on my Instagram (@suzsinhell) for any upcoming announcements!

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can select tracked shipping when you check out with your order.

What is Your Return Policy?

As a small creator managing a small shop, I'm currently unable to process refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please note that all items are considered final sale, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there are missing items, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. I'm dedicated to finding a suitable solution to address the issue. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I'm here to ensure you have a positive shopping experience.

Can I Make Changes to My Order?

Regrettably, I am unable to make alterations to your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details are accurate before finalising your order. If you require a modification to the mailing address, reach out to me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, I won’t be able to make any changes.
